ORDER INFO

We will contact you within 5 business days to confirm your order.  Your jewelry will be shipped 2-3 weeks of ordering. There are certain situations that may require a 4-6 week timeframe.  E-mail info@tenajcreations.com

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Each Custom Jewelry piece is individually created, very few pieces are alike. Pictures are for your assistance in choosing a particular piece and should not be considered exact images of your finished product.

GUARANTEE OF QUALITY

All workmanship is guaranteed.  If a clasp breaks or piece becomes unstrung within 30 days just send it back and it will be repaired for free plus the cost of shipping provided all beads are returned.  If not you will be charged the retail cost of any bead replacement.

All items purchased from Amazon.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
